Alex Leak is a writer and performance maker whose work explores memory, participation and the lives of imagined things. Combining storytelling, audience interaction and live performance, he creates spaces where fiction, recollection and reality begin to overlap. His work is often concerned with absence, collective imagination and the traces people leave behind. He is currently completing an MA in Performance Making at Goldsmiths, University of London. we all just want to- is part of an ongoing body of work exploring what happens when a room full of strangers tries to hold onto something together.
