SPACE BOOKINGS
Goldsmiths Theatre has 6 studios (Studios 1-5, RHB 154), the George Wood Theatre, three workshops and a media suite. There is heavy usage of these spaces by students and staff. Please ensure that you leave enough time at the end of your session or rehearsal, to clean and tidy up. If you find that the space you have booked to use has not been tidied up, please report this to a member of the tech team.
Students can self-book studios for rehearsals on Lore. Studios available on Lore are:

If a student does not show up within 15 minutes of the start time of their booking and another student wants the room, they will be allowed to use it. If the original student shows up after 15 minutes:

If the room has been taken, the booking is forfeited.
If you have not shown up for a booking made on Lore (evenings/Saturdays/Sundays) for more than 15 minutes with no warning or communication, we reserve the right to cancel your booking to make it available for other students.
